How to cancel

You can cancel your membership yourself, online, at any time. No phone call, no email, and no reason needed.

Cancel from your account

1. Log in with the email you paid with.
2. Go to your account page.
3. Click Manage or cancel subscription. This opens Stripe's secure billing page.
4. Click Cancel subscription and confirm. A short question about why is optional; you can skip it.

Or cancel at Stripe without logging in here

Open Stripe's billing page, enter the email you paid with, and Stripe sends you a code. Then click Cancel subscription and confirm.

What happens after you cancel

You keep access until the end of the period you already paid for. After that it stops, and you are not charged again. We do not refund partial periods. If you write within 7 days of your first payment, we may offer a one-time goodwill refund.

Cannot log in?

Email enrichgloballlc@gmail.com from the address you paid with and we will cancel for you.
