Three minutes · Free · No account needed
Four honest answers, none of them right.
Five situations drawn at random from ten, four responses to each, and every one of them is something a thoughtful parent actually does. Every one of them costs something too, which is the point. Nothing here has a healthy answer to find and nothing here is a score to pass.
Free, no sign-up, nothing saved, and your whole result is shown before anything is asked of you.
Nothing here yet in this part of the house.
How to read one of these. Three minutes and five situations cannot tell you who you are, and this does not pretend otherwise. What it can do is name the position you are currently holding, show you what it is protecting and what it is costing, and point you at the room or the longer assessment that goes further. If your answers come out split, it says so rather than rounding you up to a clean type.
What this is not. This is a learning space, not therapy, not diagnosis, not legal or custody advice, and not crisis care. If your situation involves fear, threats, or someone controlling you, reading a lesson will not make you safer. Please reach for real help: findahelpline.com shows free, confidential support in your country and language, and befrienders.org lists helplines almost anywhere in the world.
Psychoeducation and emotional wellness for you, the parent. Not therapy, not diagnosis, not legal or custody advice, and no clinical relationship is created by using it.
If you are in crisis, please reach a real person.
