How this site asks you to protect yourself, and what it will not pretend to be. The full terms are on the terms page.
The tools here are psychoeducation for parents: assessments, quizzes, a Classroom, and AI companions. They help you notice a pattern and practice a self-help skill. They are not a person on the other end, and a membership does not include a human to call.
This is not therapy, not a diagnosis, not legal or custody advice, and not a crisis service. No one monitors what you type and steps in. If you are in danger, frightened of someone, or thinking of not being here, this page cannot help you in the moment. A person can. The lines are below and on the crisis page.
You must be 18 or older. If you are in an active crisis, do not use the companions as your support. Reach a line first.
These tools are not for minors.
Thoughts of suicide, a psychiatric emergency, or an acute safety concern belong with a crisis line, not with an AI companion.
What you read and what a companion replies are educational. They are not therapy and not a diagnosis.
Hard material can surface. Pause, step away, or stop when you need to.
Depth is your choice. Where a companion sets a daily limit, that limit is part of the safety, not a hurdle to get around.
You decide whether this work is serving you. If it is not, you stop.
Some writing stays in this browser. Some of it is sent so a result or a reply can be produced. The Atlas and The Eldest's Weight send the conversation to Anthropic. The privacy page says which path is which. Read it at /privacy before you type something you would not want a processor to see.
A companion is a language model. It is not a human, it runs on Anthropic, and it can be wrong. Crisis detection inside a companion is imperfect. Do not rely on it to notice that you are in danger.
If you are in immediate physical danger, contact local emergency services first. This list is not exhaustive. A fuller layout of the same lines is on the crisis page.
