Privacy

This page says what Enrich Global Parents collects, and where it goes, as the site is built. It is a description of the product. It is not a legal compliance statement, and it does not promise anything the code does not do.

Prices for The Village, the membership, are $24.99 a month or $199 a year. The three-site membership, ENRICH Relationships, ENRICH Collective, and ENRICH Parents, is $49.99 a month or $399 a year. Assessments and quizzes stay open to everyone. A membership is not required to read a result.

Assessments

Before the first question, the page asks for your first name and email, and records which assessment you opened. An optional box asks whether you want a letter when something new is built. That form is posted to Netlify, which hosts this site and stores form submissions. The same name and email are also saved in this browser, so the next assessment does not ask again.

Your answers are a separate request. They are sent to the scoring function so the reading can be handed back. That request does not include your name or email. The scoring function in this repository does not write the answers into a database. It does keep a short count of requests in memory, to slow repeated calls. That count is not written to a database here, and it is dropped when that function instance stops.

Up to three readings for each assessment, including the answers that produced them, are kept in this browser so you can set an earlier reading beside a later one. Clearing this site's data in your browser removes that copy.

If you tick the letters box, your email joins the list below. Your name does not go with it. The reading itself is not emailed unless you later ask for a copy.

Quizzes

A quiz does not ask for your name or email before the result. Your selected responses are sent to the scoring function so the reading can be handed back. That function does not write them into a database in this repository. It uses the same short in-memory request count as the assessments.

This browser remembers which quiz you took today, so the same one does not open twice in a day. It does not keep the answers.

After the result you can join the list, or write what brought you here. Neither is required to see the result.

A copy of a reading

If you ask for a copy of an assessment reading, the scores and the email you type are sent to a function that writes the letter and sends it through Resend. The twenty-five answers are not included. That function does not write the address or the letter into a database in this repository. Resend holds its own delivery records. Asking for the copy does not add you to the list.

The list

The "Stay close to the work" form asks for an email. Netlify stores that form submission. A welcome letter is sent through Resend, with a link that takes you off the list. If you use that link, the email is stored in a leave-list on Netlify so a later signup does not write to you again. The leave-list holds email addresses that asked to stop, and nothing else.

If you then say which topics you want, that email and those topics are stored as another form submission and forwarded by email to an address set outside this repository.

What brought you here

The optional note after a result asks what brought you here, which assessment or quiz you took, and which pattern came out. It does not ask for your name or email. Netlify stores the form, and the note is forwarded by email to that same notices address. No one reads it as it is typed.

Membership and checkout

Checkout for The Village is opened by this site and completed on Stripe, at $24.99 a month or $199 a year. The three-site membership is $49.99 a month or $399 a year. This site does not receive your card number. Stripe holds the payment record, including the email you give them. When a checkout completes, this site emails that address a one-time link to enter. Card updates and cancellation open in Stripe's own portal.

A separate list on Netlify holds emails of people whose membership was added from another channel: the email, which channel, and the date it was added.

Member login asks for the email you joined with. A one-time link is sent only if that email is on the granted list or has an active Stripe subscription for this house. The page says the same thing either way, so the form cannot be used to test whether an email is a member. The link is valid for fifteen minutes and works once.

After you use it, a signed cookie in this browser holds that email so the members' pages can open. The cookie is HttpOnly, so page scripts cannot read it. Membership is checked again at least once a day. When a paid period ends, or a payment does not go through, access ends then rather than lasting for the rest of a long cookie. Logging out clears the session.

Inside The Village

The Classroom and the five companions open with a membership.

What this code does not do

It does not sell the information above. It does not attach quiz or assessment answers to your email. It does not put you on the letter list unless you tick the box at the assessment door or submit the list form.

What this page cannot settle

How long Netlify keeps form submissions, what the host writes in its logs, how long Resend, Stripe, or Anthropic keep what they receive, and which extra fields Stripe Checkout asks for besides the email this site uses, are not set in this repository. Those services have their own practices.
