The hour after you shouted. Written for parents raising children across cultures, across borders and inside households that do not look like the ones the parenting books were written for.

How to use a room. Each one names a mechanism, shows it happening in three different houses, and ends with an exercise made of questions rather than instructions. Nothing in here tells you what is wrong with you or with your child. It describes what is happening, so you can decide what you want to do about it.
What this is not. This is a learning space, not therapy, not diagnosis, not legal or custody advice, and not crisis care. If your situation involves fear, threats, or someone controlling you, reading a lesson will not make you safer.
